The ETL Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust ETL processes to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Azure Synapse and related Azure services.
Manage and optimize Azure Synapse pipelines for efficient data processing and integration.
Utilize advanced SQL and DSQL skills to optimize data queries and transformations.
Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement and monitor data quality checks and validation processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and ETL processes.
Document ETL processes, data workflows, and pipeline configurations.
• • Stay updated with the latest Azure Synapse features and best practices.
Požadavky
- Ideally 5 years of experience in ETL development
- Deep knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric and Azure SQL Database, DSQL for distributed data management and querying
- Strong Azure and data warehousing concepts understanding
- Programming skills (such as Python or other scripting languages) are a nice-to-have.
Fluent in English (required), Proficiency in German (nice-to-have).
